The services outlined below are applicable to both Weddings and Corporate clients, enabling Event Wishes to make your event stress-free and memorable for all the right reasons! To help you, our services are broken down for you to utilise the appropriate elements for your event:

Getting started meeting – establishing what is important to you and reflecting that in the planning. Providing advice on initial ideas and colours, what’s on trend and what should be avoided, organising your ‘To Do” list to ensure you progress your event in the correct order (eg. when to order your wedding cake as you'll need other things in place first) and establishing a realistic budget.

Venue sourcing – Rather than you spending hours looking for your ideal venue, we’ll do all the hard work for you. Presenting you with a choice of 3-4 venues to suit your criteria and budget, allowing you to choose from there

Supplier sourcing – If you need a recommendation for a particular supplier (eg magician, impressionist, limo to helicopter) we have the contacts! With established relationships with high calibre suppliers who we work with throughout the year, you have the peace of mind that we are recommending a quality supplier who will do a great job and not let you down on the day

Need inspiration? - It is easy to get bogged down in the detail, so we offer an opportunity to talk through the sticking points to get you back on track

Invitation management – We can manage the replies and chase up anyone who has yet to acknowledge your invitation; taking away all the last minute stress

Hand over – If you’ve found yourself in a situation where you thought it would be easy handling suppliers, negotiating, keeping all parties in the loop with changes and getting agreement from everyone wasn’t as easy as you first thought, then handing over the co-ordination of your wedding c. 6 weeks before and we’ll sort everything out for you

On the day management – this gives you peace of mind, takes away all those last minute panics and allows you to enjoy your wedding as the bride and groom, or event host. There’s no need for you to worry about anything on the day, leave it all to us and enjoy the party!

Full event co-ordination – this includes all of the above services together with telephone support and unlimited email contact throughout the duration of your event preparations
